Dr. P Dayananda Pai is a prominent educationist, philanthropist and leading real estate developer in Bengaluru. Apart from being the Managing Trustee of VSEG, Dr. Pai is also the Board Trustee of B.M.S. College as well as Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, and a Trustee of Karnataka Chitrakala Parishad. He is also the syndicate member of Manipal University and the National Institute of Technology, Surathkal. He has served as the former syndicate member of Mangalore University. Dr. Pai has been awarded the Karnataka Udyog Award, the Karnataka Rajyotsava Award and the Aryabhatta Award for initiatives involving social and charitable activities. He was conferred an Honorary Doctorate by Mangalore University for his exceptional contribution in the field of education and philanthropy.

Dr. Kiran Pai (Ed.D.), Co-founder and Pro-Chancellor of Vidyashilp University, also directs three prominent schools in Bengaluru, India: Vidyashilp Academy, Vidyashilp School, and Vidyasagar Preschool. As a trained Educational Psychologist with expertise in Instructional Design, she earned her Doctorate in Education (Ed.D.) in Organizational Change and Leadership, and her Masters in Education in Learning Design and Technology (M.Ed. LDT) from the Rossier School of Education, University of Southern California, USA. Dr. Pai's accolades include the 2021 Doctoral Distinction Award and the 2020 Honors from the Kappa Delta Pi International Society in Education. Recognized as one of India's 50 Innovative Leaders by the World Education Congress and Prof. Indira Parikh, she received her professional training in educational leadership from Harvard University, Boston, and IIM Ahmedabad. Dr. Pai is a member of the American Education Research Association (AERA) and the American Psychological Association (APA).

Ms. Nalini Ponnappa is a seasoned educator with over 37 years of experience in teaching and academic leadership. Her journey has been defined by a deep commitment to understanding how children learn and translating that insight into meaningful classroom and institutional practices. She began her career as a teacher and has since held key leadership positions, including Headmistress, Principal, and Joint Director at Vidya Niketan School, where she served for nearly three decades. Her experience spans Delhi, Lagos, and Bangalore, enriching her perspective on learning across cultures and systems. Ms. Ponnappa holds a Master's in Education and has worked across ICSE, ISC, CBSE, and accredited programmes. Currently, as Academic Head of the Vidyashilp Schools established in 2020, she is leading a progressive learning environment that integrates technology, encourages inquiry, and places self-discovery at the centre of education.
